The location is ideal-easily walkable to both Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere, allowing me to soak in the beauty of the area between events. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Steve and Vicky, who checked in on us during our stay, which added a personal touch. Our room was impeccably clean, had comfy beds, and featured thoughtful amenities like fresh ground coffee, a cafetière, and homemade biscuits. One of my favorite experiences, however, was the continental breakfast delivered to my room, showcasing an array of daily homemade goodies-perfect for a leisurely start to the day. I appreciated the complimentary wine glasses and bottle opener for winding down after a long day of exploring. With plentiful parking and an early check-in time, every detail was well thought-out, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. If you're seeking a deliciously comforting experience, I recommend looking into this charming guesthouse.
